Danish National Museum 2015
I worked with the Danish National Museum to ceate a better service value for the museum, which led to the creation of a treasure hunt app designed to improve the user experince, when at the museum, called "Treasure hunt through time".
I liked this project a lot. The museum wanted to offer a better service value for the visitors and try to bring in a younger generation.
So I started this case researching the market using the NABC model, looking into the needs for museum and the younger target group. How to approach this need, what the benefits of the approach would be and how it differs from what the competetion was doing.
which led to the creation of a personal assistant disguised as a treasure hunt app designed to improve the customer experience, when at the museum, by leading the user through the exhibitions and encourage engagement with the app and the will to want to learn about the history by applying elements of game playing, through point scoring & competition.
